In this context, I would say it's about not being liable to the sensibilities of those who aren't governed by criminals, mobsters and angry, vengeful cretins.

We have a North Korean defector coming to talk to us in class this week, I'm looking forward to it. The North Korean module has been really interesting this semester, really eye opening and definitely challenged how I look at the country.

I've alway thought this argument is hardly ever utilised by the biggest supporters of renewable energy.

Not being dangerously over-reliant on despotic regimes is a fantastic argument for eliminating fossil fuel usage. It has a very clear benefit to any country and doesn't suffer from a "tradegy of the commons" / "Free-riders" argument.

Might not be a good idea to give any GPS based watches as gifts this Xmas.

I'd be well annoyed by this.
