Not really true, many people have stated many times why they don't like GTA4. (big difference between not liking something & hating it...I was more disappointed with what GTA4 had to offer...never really hated it...apart from the vehicle controls. :x )

I'll have to reserve judgment on those till I actually play them, but I notoriously have my own hate-on for these kind of wanksta games. Couldn't stand San Andreas, for example, and were I the Devil, I would set aside an entire circle of hell simply for the developers of the "50 cent" games.

SR2 gets a passing grade so far, though. Even though Volition apparently expects me to have played Saints Row 1 to have a strawberry floating clue what's going on. The story simply isn't that important to me here, though.

I enjoyed both GTA IV and Saints Row 2. While I believe GTA IV is a better experience overall, Saint's Row 2 is a lot of fun in co-op and is certainly worth a play. I think the next GTA really should have campaign co-op too, you hear me Rockstar? No? OK.
