Cream then jam.

Nice layer of cream spread over the scwun then loads of jam on top, if you went for similar quantities the other way surely the cream would just fall off the jam causing a bit of a mess.

There was a good ratio, you can't see all the cream because it's a photo from directly above. A good rule of thumb for me is half of one of those big single serving Roddas pots and half of one of those little Tiptree jams per side of scwun. This was made at home though by my wife's dad so home measures were used.
