Too Ill to go to town do will have to wait to get the main present. Will hopefully get it this week and get it posted.

I'm waiting till Thursday to finish my present off now, I'm kind of nervous about it, I've never really done a secret Santa before, that and I'm worried that the last thing I'm waiting for arrives on time for me to send it!

Don't sweat it. I'm normally panicking and sending mine on the 23rd.

My main present arrived a while ago but I just can’t motivate myself to walk to the Post Office. My victim can have it as a new year gift.

I've got one part of mine. Gonna get the rest on Saturday and hopefully get it posted not long after.

Gaming - my PC is my main machine, but I also pick up missed gems for the PS3 (was all about the 360 at the time, barely went near the PS3 exclusives). Also like a bit of retro stuff, I was primarily a Sega boy back in the day, and an Atari/Speccy boy even further back than that!

Football - I'm an Arsenal fan, so I like red things with cannons on them and dislike white things with chickens on them. Got quite a few Arsenal books and DVDs etc but if in doubt something Arsenal is always a good bet.

Sci-fi - Wars, Trek, Who, in that order but not exclusively - open to other good sci-fi franchises if you think I'd like them! Also obviously like all the 80s era sci-fi (Aliens, Terminator, Robocop, that sort of thing).

Reading - I like sci-fi (Iain M Banks (I've read The Player of Games, Surface Detail, and The Algebraist), Arthur C Clarke (I've read 2001, The Last Theorem, The City and the Stars), Robert Heinlein (I've read Starship Troopers and The Moon is a Harsh Mistress), haven't read any Asimov), spy novels (read all the 007 novels, got a few John Le Carre ones on the reading list at the moment so probably hold off on them), non-fiction science books (loved Seven Brief Lessons on Physics by Carlo Rovelli, bought the latest Stephen Hawking book for my dad, turns out so did my sister, not taking it back to the shop as it looks too good )

General guidance - I'm a medium in t-shirts, I drink tea, coffee, beer and scotch (not all at once). I like Lego.
