Does it do Mega CD and 32X games?

It says yes in the first 8 seconds of that video.

Tried it out and it's a piece of piss. Arguably easier than the SNES Classic hack. Automates the whole thing for you.

Theres only around 170mb free to use so if you want MegaCD you'll need to look at external storage. But for MD games you should be able to add around another 100. Not tried the 32X stuff yet but that's for later.

So a few things to add.

I've only had issues with a few things so far.

Not all games will work. I couldn't get Virtua Racing to boot (Assuming due to the extra chips inside it). This should improve as additional versions are released.
The more games you add the slower the main menu becomes. 60 extra will be laggy but usable, with 100 being too laggy to really be worth it. They say this should be fixable once they add folder support in later versions and you can increase the clock speed to help a little.
32X games do not work out of the box with the stock emulator. Probably need to use Retroarch to play them, but not sure if they can be added to the main menu and launched from there, or if you need to boot into Retroarch to do so.

But if all you're adding is basic Mega Drive games I've had no issues at all with them.

I've also done this. Not added any Mega CD games (didn't realise it could play them) but added a bunch of Mega Drive games.

Had some issue with storm ROMs displaying in a tiny window. In most cases changing the ROM region to US sorted this out though then had a couple that wouldn't play due to region locking so need to redownload US roms I guess.

Had a few games just not work too. Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 won't boot. Few games error and Lemmings worked but the graphics were really glitchy. Most worked fine though. Really chuffed especially with how easy it is.

I'm going to resist adding any games, as that pretty much killed my appetite to play any of them on my SNES Mini - i added so many games that I just couldn't focus on any single one and ultimately couldn't even be arsed trying anything.

Yeah that's fair. I've added a few missing classics like sonic 3 and knuckles, streets of rage 1 & 3 plus a few others I used to like back in the day like Moonwalker and Golden Axe 2/Micro Machines 2 and Sensible Soccer. Not gone crazy and filled it up. Sonic CD would be cool to have if it'll fit.

Did have a few others but as above some wouldn't work or had region issues so had a cull of those.

Can you add games using this via a USB ? I have seen drives for sale with like every game on them but seeing as I have loads sitting around wonderd if I could make my own.

Got around to modding this on my lunch break. Added some more Mega Drive and a 32X game ok, but not got Mega CD games working yet.
Followed a tutorial to convert Bin/Cue files into CHD files and added that way, but whilst they show on the system they won't launch.
