So she defrauded them of €14.5m (£12.7m), but now has to only pay €7.5m (£6.5m)?
Maybe Spain should try La Tortura on her?

I just learnt that Shakira had been in a relationship with Gerard Pique. For all these years I had mistakenly thought it was Sergio Ramos. "No Creo" it!

He awarded her a Latin Grammy a few nights ago for a diss track she did about Pique. Very cheeky booking from the organisers.
