Shawn Elliott is probably the worst person that could leave for me. The saddest thing about this would be the loss of a platform for him to talk (if his new role doesn't involve podcasting), I could listen to him all day.
If he is leaving then I really, really hope he still comes in every week to do GFW.

Its like gerstmanngate all over again. I guess no one on the GFW staff was happy about the closure of the magazine at the end of the day. Dammit Ziff davis, you brought this on yourselves!!
Shawn was one of the main reasons to check out 1up, I'll never forget when I got kicked out of the honours computer lab for laughing so hard at his second life stories

I think Jeff said something implying the PC Section of 1UP was going to go. Soemthing like "you know when the company you work for doesn't replace you, you didn't have long left", I'm going to listen to the podcast now.
