Used to absolutely love this. Will definitely aim to watch the special.

I watched SM:TV religiously until ant & dec left. It was never the same after that. Although it would have been big on its own I think the show and the way they used the franchise helped put Pokemon on the level it needed to be a really big hit in the UK. If nothing else I will never ever forget the SM:TV where they debuted the first episode of Pokemon.

I’m happy for them to be fair, they are all over but that tends to happen with presenters. Two lads from Newcastle some how became from Burke Grove pop stars & multimillionaire tv presenters. Nice story

I agree, but still find them annoying now

I was def of the Going Live/ Live and kicking generation. Was a bit old by the time SM:TV came out.

I was also too old for Pokemon but that was on Sky One straight after school though :datass:

Live and Kicking was unutterably boring. SM:TV was exactly what kids' Saturday morning telly needed.
