Yeah bug likes the Xbox, she likes turning it on because it does that ping sound, bugger is she has been told off so much she now thinks it is meant to be off so from time to time when in playing will say NO at me then turn it off. Little gooseberry fool!

I keep my game controllers well out of his way as I know he will try to get hold of them.

He knows I wont let him play with stuff like that as well, if he spots that I have left something on the sofa, he will run over and start laughing until I take notice and then he runs off with my phone/remote.

He’s 20 months old now. Time is moving way too quickly. :dread:

He’s really starting to get into movies now, he loved Moana for a long time but now his favourite is Sing. I don’t mind, but after the 100th time of watching something it gets a little old. To save myself I have just memorised the start time of the concert in Sing so we can just go straight to that (79 minutes exactly on my Sky box).

If he wants to watch Sing he either says “yeah yeah yeah” (because of I’m Still Standing) or he will wave one arm around while making a pig sound (because of the pigs). It’s really cute until you remember you have to watch the damn Sing concert again.

My daughter and I use the co-pilot function to game together on the One. She likes NBA Playground, Brain Training and any driving game. She started wanting to play with me at about 20 months.

Whether he wants to or not, he is being kept away from my precious game controllers until he stops throwing things around. :x ;)

I made life more difficult for myself last night, he was refusing to eat his food and so I took a bit of it and then did a really stupid dance while singing “yum yum yum yum yum!”. He loved it and started eating, but then I had to do the song and dance every time he had a bite. :fp:

I hope he has forgotten about it today and that I don’t have to do that again tonight. :slol:

Just give into the inevitable and set the ipad up with CBeebies during tea. The only way we get to cook and eat without her running around trying to touch the oven.

We don’t have an iPad so he’s going to have to entertain himself by touching the oven.

Just touching the oven? Kids nowadays have it so easy, when I was a lad I had to stick my head in a boiling saucepan to entertain myself. And I was grateful for it!
