Which dickhead decided that the best way of packaging a selection of children's jigsaws was a in a BOOK. Spend strawberry floating ages putting together a picture of a sodding tractor. The first thing that happens - he turns over to look at the next page. And the only way to put the toy away IS TO DO THE strawberry floating JIGSAW AGAIN.

Close the book, then open it at the page you want, the pieces wont fall out that way.

My wife is in labour. Been asked to go down to hospital at 2000hrs. Her waters have partially broken but she’s not having contractions that are that close together so I suspect they will take her in due to the risk of infection (due to waters) and send me home, then probably call me at 0400hrs to get me to come back

Well that was a terrifying day, complications in labour, baby born with the cord around her neck, had to go on a resuscitare. Thankfully she is now fine, and we have a beautiful little daughter called Evie.

Ben’s apparently a year old today, according to the calendar. I’ve triple checked but, despite only having been born a short while ago, it’s true.

Ha, same with our Isabella. Crazy how quickly it’s gone, the last few months have all just merged so it seems even weirder that it’s been a whole year!

We met some friends and family at a nearby park throughout the day, all spaced out (both the times and the distancing). Shame we couldn’t have people round or anything but the weather held out so can’t complain.

Congrats on a year of being a dad o/

They are weird anyway.

I hated them felt it was a total waste of time and that most of other people were stuck up want to be posh people. They would have been more useful if they gave fact based answers but every answer to every question seems to be “if you feel” or “if it works for you” which wasn’t in any way helpful.
