I dont drink often anyway so I might do it by accident but definitely not going to make an effort to do it. Same goes for any other time people "challenge" themselves to not drink.

Why do people only do these things in months that rhyme with the activity?

Granary January - eat nothing but wholemeal bread

Parched March - go the entire month without having any fluid intake
April - fallow month

I’ve got a little bit of whiskey left that I’lol be polishing off at the weekend and then I was going to take a break from alcohol till Christmas ish time anyway, so a couple of months off which is no bad thing in my opinion.
