strawberry float it. I think you should go to France for a haircut. Firstly, unless you're pretty strawberry floating fluent, good luck getting what you want and even if you do, the chat will be piss poor and you'll not enjoy the experience as much. Secondly, it'll make it so sweet to have you later moan about your suffering with neighbours knowing you'll probably not get that detached house because your hair looks reasonably good for a few weeks.

That's a good point. It ain't the Costa Del Sol, and the French are habitually known for snubbing those who don't speak their language, especially the English.

So they're a magic barbers that actually manage to slow hair growth.
And you get a consultation before hand?!

How the other half deluded half live.

:fp: I didn't mean they slow the growth of your hair. I meant they cut it in the right way so it grows out nicely retaining its style.

6 of them together? All in a row? Why is this country full of semi-detached and terraced hairdressers? Apparently its unique to the UK! It's disgusting that people are forced to have their hair cut so close to the other people with no privacy. I had to have my hair cut in one when I was visiting a different city and you could hear the person next to you sometimes and now I get my hair cut in a cheap barbers (which I regret) and I can hear even more noise.

My fellow customers are not going to like me lol but I've been knocking on their chairs telling them to turn their clippers down, be quieter if they have long hair etc. Im gonna start printing off the council advice noise leaflets and posting it through to them next!

Fact is I shouldn't need to do all this as they should have common sense. God as im typing I can hear the stupid hairdresser...luckily its an old guy.

Thanks rant over!

I paid my barber £10k and now my hair has fallen out and stopped growing, meaning I never have to go again! Check mate barbers.

Maybe you should work harder.

One man should not have this much power in this game. Luckily I'm not an ordinary man.

I was fortunate enough to get a cut the week before (might even have been closer to a few days) before the lockdown came into effect. Probably the longest its been in forever. Still not as long as it was in my younger days, but I think it might be getting close.

Thought about ordering some clippers but decided against as not really worth it for something you will use once or twice. Ended up just using scissors. Definitely not the best my hair has ever been but could be worse. I completely messed up the area around one ear but fortunately I wear glasses so it's not as noticeable as it might be.

I've still not had a call a hair cut since mid march, but today I got annoyed enough to cut my beard for the first time since then. It was such a spur of the moment thing I didn't get a before and after, which is a shame, but I'm glad a did it. Trimmed it down to a number 4, so at least I'm not a complete baby face.
