This thread makes me wonder how short you all normally have your hair. I normally have mine long anyway(at the moment it's as long as it was when I was 18) but I get it trimmed from time to time.

I used to have really long hair and beard but like to keep them both short now. I typically get my hair shaved with grade one and beard trimmed on grade 2.

Mines is nearly waist length but I'll be getting a trim later from my ex-hairdresser colleague in the care home salon. (After shift and wearing masks)

For the past three months I've gradually learned how to trim my beard almost as good as my barber does it. The only tricky point is still getting the length on the sides right.

I used to go for a 0.5 :dread: To say we are in uncharted waters of hair length now is an understatement. :slol:

I did that thing birds do when they move their hair off their ear. I've never done that before.

Email from my barbers will be able to book from tomorrow for them opening at start of July.

Have to pre wash hair, wear a mask and wait outside not in.

Prices are going to be higher too due to having to do PPE and that.

Really enjoying my boyfriend having his hair a bit longer, always had a thing for blokes who are a bit scruffy, hoping I can convince him to not go back to shorter.

Booked mine for 4th of July, they added an extra £5 on for PPE etc and have increased the time slot from 45mins to 1 hour.

Unfortunately the incompetent government hasn't done the airbridge with France and has still not provided guidelines to barbers on how to open. The 4th July date is previsionary still.
