I was expecting the first couple of weeks to be manic but wasn’t expecting that long! To be honest I’ve not even looked what my usual barber is doing, normally its just an arrive and wait situation but obviously that won’t be happening for a fair old while so I’ll have to have a look on his Facebook page (one of the very few times Facebook proves a little bit useful!).

If it is nearer 8 weeks for me I’m going to have one hell of a before and after pic :lol:

To be fair that before pic was after he washed my hair. I didn't fancy posting the other before pics, really long around the edges nearly going over my ears and looked messy. Now its all clean with excellent fading :wub:

O yeah nm, it could also be the lighting in the photo. I didn't go with my usual barber and went with someone new there. I noticed he didn't cut my fringe evenly either when I got home and washed it. Like its not a mirror image on both sides of the fringe. But nm as I put product in my hair and style it to the side anyway but it would have been nice to have my hair look good without product for when im home relaxing. I will tell him next time I go there.

Wow I just saw the price on the window in that photo. £49 thank god I don't grow a beard.
Anyway beard trims are still off the cards until this outbreak is sorted.

My hair doesn't look long cos he washed it and brushed it back before cutting. But you can imagine what it was like from the back selfie.

They put one of those steam machine things in front of your face for a bit then shape them with a cut throat razor which is a bit :dread:

having one of those so close to your eyes but it makes a big difference.
