How do explain people who as you say 'know' they are different. Then go through transition...then regret it, and ask for reversal operation?

If they know...then surely they know.

You don't just change on a whim.

Same as sexual preference. One minute someone's gay...the next they are hetrosexual. Or bisexual...they chop and change.

I had a customer who grew up as a biological man...went through the transition period, had the drugs and operation and became a ' woman'.

Not because he felt like he was a woman living in a man's body. But because he couldn't find a relationship with a woman as a hetrosexual man.

He became a ' lesbian' and found a relationship with a woman that way. Yet he now feels like a man living in a ' woman's body'.

I've spoken to him/her on occasion about it, and he/ she laughs about it.

I have asked as to whether he/she would have had the operation if they had found a relationship with a woman, when they were living as a man. They said no they wouldn't have.

They crack on with their life...happy enough...and I'm happy to let them do what they want.

So in answer to your statement...being Trans can be a choice...it's not what you are. It's just a feeling.

Proof being in the trans reversal ops and my personal experience when chatting to a customer.
