jamcc - we're all behind you. (maybe DH's email was a little too much though?)

I know it's tough man - been there loads. Years before I met my wife I really fancied this girl but never had the courage to ask her out even though I knew she was recently single. She wasn't single much longer as another lad I worked with nipped in there and they ended up getting married a few years later. Looking back I don't regret how things turned out as I love my wife very much, but for years it gnawed away at me every time I saw them together at work or socially.

Time to puff out that chest and stride up to her and ask her straight out. At least you'll know one way or another and chances are, you will at least get a date out of it
