The missus has been on about getting a tit lift - three kids and all that - I'm not really fussed either way tbh.

Nah, I'm all for it. Her nose is great already. But Koreans with nose jobs are god tier. My problem is that she has been known trick me. Does she really want it? Or is she testing me. I don't know. I'll probably play it cool - "yeh do that if you want." Instead of "YES! YES! YESSS!".

So yeh, how would you feel?

You should encourage it.

I know this one Korean dude who paid for his girlfriend to get gooseberry fool tonnes of work done. She's a total babe. :x Nose, eyes, jaw (maybe), tits (definitely).

If I was a girl, the first thing I'd do after popping a baby out is get tits n fanny surgery. I'd probably neglect my kid to do so.

So, these Korean girls, you just customise them to your own tastes? Like buying a new car?

So I take it you would be against your gf/wife getting surgery? Genuinely curious about your guys thoughts on this. Bare in mind that in Korea, it's completely socially acceptable. And in my opinion, asians look fantastic with surgery, as opposed to some western girls.

I'm totally down for surgery if it eases the constant wallowing in self pity.

I honestly wouldn't care either way. I think sometimes fake baps can look gooseberry fool, but that's usually when they've been pushed too far.

An example of Korean surgical wizardry:

Now, my girlfriend is already a total babe. So the results wouldn't be so drastic. But still.

I think you're wasting an opportunity. Why get her nose done when you could focus on ass or tits? Worry about smaller details later on - you want the things every other guy is looking at to be perfect.

I am not against it as such, but how long have you been with your girlfriend? Surely you are attracted to the person anyway, if they need plastic surgery why are you with them anyway (not aimed at you Pilate, i'm just speaking in general!)?

Pretty sure there's some make-up at work here too.

As I said, it's her that seems to want it (although I doubt she will do it). She's stunning already, so of course I'm already attracted to her. The way I see it is that it's not all that different to getting a drastic new hair cut or something. :slol: I never had a problem with surgery before, but I thought I would ask you guys in case living in Korea has warped my sense of beauty and changed my views on things like surgery, and what I consider fat, slim and skinny etc.

Yes, but her facial shape has changed a lot. The surgery is undoubtedly doing wonders for her here.

They appear to have literally rotated that girl's eyes.

I guess it's a possibility that they are different people. But unlikely. If it's fake, I apologize for using a bad example. Most people here seem to know at least one person who has went through a drastic transformation like that.

This story was widely reported recently:

The results of their surgery is incredible. The surgeons here know their gooseberry fool. Go into any busy area of any city and you will see countless plastic surgery hospitals. Decent prices too.
