I'm engaged. 8-)

Is this as terrifying for everyone else who has gone through this?

Congratulations.

As for the question I have no clue, I'm yet to meet a woman who is stupid enough to stick with me long enough to find out.

Meeting up for drinks with a girl from work (different branch, though) tomorrow. This will either go really well or really badly.

I will either be in a loving marriage for the rest of my life or we will break up, hardly the end of the universe. My uncle is just finishing off his second divorce now and he's still ticking.

Fun fact, his first wife was a home wrecker. After divorcing my uncle she had an affair with a married man and when that dudes wife found out she shot her dead. :dread:

*This is a joke.

OK, a girl on Match has agreed to meet up for a date sometime (I've not proposed a day yet), thing is she lives about 40 miles away and I'd prefer the first date to be on a weekend.

Problem is she already has plans this weekend leaving the weekend after, am I right in being a bit worried about keeping her interested for 2 weeks via txt/email, I see myself getting bored with it and not having any standard questions to break on the first date should any awkward silences arise.

Two weeks of chat should mean you have more knowledge about them making a first day more interesting surely.
