I hate the tattoos but the guy is clearly taking the piss with the voice and his overuse of the word "fun". Either that or he is high.

I'm certain he's taking the piss. The accent sounds fake (sounds like a British person doing an American accent) and the repetition of "a lot of fun" surely can't be genuine.
