Looks like some decompiled it and you can now view / play with the source a recompile to a working Super Mario 64 rom.

The speedrun community for SM64 is still going strong and they're going to absolutely love being able to poke around the source code.

Holy strawberry float this is a big deal! From the looks of things there is still plenty of work to do in tidying up the decompiled source to be more usable and documenting this is going to be a whole load of fun, but the potential end states for this are incredible for so many reasons!

Looking forward to those Mario 64 PC source ports! :toot:

I would love to explain how they decompiled Super Mario 64 but first you need to understand parallel dimensions

This is incredible. Someone should use this to make an easy to use SM64 game engine
