I haven't personally yet seen any reviews that say Portal doesn't work. As you say, sometimes the focus is on cost and functionality; the latter of which is - IMHO! - because often the reviewer wants an actual portable PS5 rather than a streaming device. Which is fine, of course, but this does not mean the Portal shouldn't exist. As we've seen here in GR, the folk who have purchased the device are reporting that it's working fine and meets their particular needs. If other folk don't like the look of the device, that's equally cool.
