I got the blu-ray for Xmas but haven't watched it yet. Want to finish watching the show first.

I didn't get round to it, but it's still on my list.

Off topic, but we're currently rewatching the shield for the first time and are in the middle of the Forest Witika series, and it's so good.

We did have, but must have sold it along with all the other dvds we used to have. We're watching on Amazon (free with ads :dread: )

They’re the best versions I think, in terms of uncut content.
Would love it on blu-ray to sit next to my Soprano set but I think it was only available in the US.

My username is from The Sopranos and I still haven't watched this. Had low interest anyway and only heard bad reviews.

This was a terrible film even worse if you’ve never seen Sopranos. A limited mini series or so would have been much better.
The best bit was the ‘Woke Up This Morning’ credits blasting out in a cinema audio setup.

I'd never made that connection until now. And I'm sat here wearing a Satriale's Pork Store t-shirt.

We should migrate GRcade to Flarum. :toot:

Watched this last night.

It was ok really. I don't think the sopranos connection helped the story in any way really, almost felt like a script for a run of the mill gangster film had those characters written in to get it made (excuse the gangster pun).

Some of the actors were dreadful too. Some felt like they could be the past versions of the characters we know, while others looked and sounded like your mate at the pub trying to reinact last night's episode. The absolute state of the guy playing Salvador :dread:

Its a very forgettable film that is for sure and some of the actor characters they had zero chemistry between each other unlike the actual ones on the TV show

Shame to hear this. Sopranos is my absolute favourite TV show of all time.
