Wow.

Picked this up today for €15. I've only been playing it for 2 hours or so, but it's already shot up there as one of my top 5 games on the DS

Anyone else a fan?

Also, the opening warning message was great.

Yeah, it's lovely. Really inventive, looks terrific, and the bubble physics are genuinely excellent. It's in my top 10 of the year, for sure. Just a pity hardly anyone bought it (though the boxart is pretty crap).

I just bought it yesterday, after seeing some ads on TV. Not tried it yet though.

Glad there are TV ad's for this, easily one of the best DS games this year. The box art does not do the game any justice, the art is completly different in game, the box art makes it look like a typical ds shovelware game.

Buy Soul Bubbles today!

...I quite like the boxart :(

I will pick this up at some point definitely. And The World Ends With You for that matter. I've missed out on two of the DS's best games this year criminally!

I got this and The World Ends With You for £30 from dvd.co.uk. I'd been wanting TWEWY for ages and just got Soul Bubbles as an extra. After playing them both, I'm actually enjoying Soul Bubbles a lot more than TWEWY, it's got such a nice feel to it compared to the contrived emo cynicism on display in the other game. I reckon I will eventually 'get' TWEWY as I'm quite enjoying the fighting part of it, but the starting cut scenes with Neku were pretty unbearable.

But yes, Soul Bubbles, one of my top favourite DS games, definitely.

I'll give it a go at some point, I've just never got around to it.

Onto the third world now and it's just getting better.

Hate those falling strawberry floating rocks, though!

I played quite a bit of this last night, and it is indeed great. Not too challenging at the moment (although I'm only on world 2) but it's nice and relaxing. Definitely worth the £20 I paid.

Quite. Made me laugh, that.

I also started TWEWY, and agree with NBK... Neku's attitude really puts a dampener on the start of the game... I don't care if it's relevant to the plot, it doesn't make for enjoyable reading when you're just wishing the protagonist would hurry up and get erased already. Love the actual game mechanics though.
