Do not read this thread if you are still alive in game

This is the spectator thread for the AYA? game The Hannivalia Crisis 1891

I won't be revealing anything for the fun of following along (and just in case any player accidentally clicks into this), but feel free to discuss the game as you like!

I already love how people are getting into character. Preezy with his avatar and profile info too

Sorry I never got signed up to your first game OR (well I think you said it was your first one!), I’ll be following it though and considering how relatively clueless I am about these AYAW style games it might be for the best  Will probably try and give the game thread a quick read later on.

I will get too stressed if I play these sort of games, but I love observing them. Big ol' house of confusion right now though.

I'm presuming scum can't PM each other. Guess we'll see.

Initial read: power-wolfing Drummy.

It's the first AYAW/Mafia I've run on GRcade, yeah, and no worries!

The thread is definitely off to a quick start, it's nice to see lots of discussion on day 1 - I'm hoping it means town players feel like they have a lot more to go on rather than an early game crapshoot.

Nice to have some spectating company too!

Glad somebody brought up Dan's god-awful font! Black's the default for a reason.

That’s looking dodgy already but presume it might be intentional, to look like a bit of a red herring at this early stage and when/if they don’t get lynched early on to switch back to a normal font after a few days when things might have calmed down a little.

Definitely with you on enjoying observing them, a problem I’ve found in the past, is by the time I’ve got a minute to start looking at the thread and posting I’m well behind on what’s been said, it doesn’t matter loads on the first couple of days but does as time goes on. I’ve been quite lucky/unlucky as well and only been given the standard villager, elf etc role so no special powers to try and wield!

We’ll just have to start a dedicated follow along group

Kezzer is my new fave for calling out the PCA. Can't spectate on private messages!

Shortest Innings Award :toot:

Thanks for running the game, OrangeMKN! It's been a while since I last took part and seeing the rules around the Speaker and Acts of Parliament made this the most interesting first day I've seen in any wolf/mafia game! I'm very much looking forward to seeing how the rest of the game unfolds.

Drumstick is well known to be experienced in these games so I'd say he's more likely to be a Conformist making a bold play. I really believe that the State Secrets Act is a big win for the Conformists, even if the unlocked Acts could help the MPs.

I tried to get into the role of an old time MP and came up with a hook of using alliteration in each sentence to make each post even more interesting (even if just for myself! :P). I feel like I drew too much attention to myself in any case

Very unlucky to be brought in to a tie at literally 20:59 and then to have the coin toss go against you! I think it'll certainly generate some discussion, it's a more interesting first day lynch than most. Hope you enjoyed the first day and will continue to watch along :toot:

Surprised there's night chat in a NOC game.

NOC?

Night chat is nice to have for anyone who can't be as active during the day for whatever reason, it could be abused a little but on balance I'd rather let activity happen.

No Outside Communication. What this is unless the PCA gets passed.

Killed just after I read through the whole thread :fp:

My gut says that something up with Drum. With 7 wolves they could afford to make a bold play like that right from the start.

Hello Drummy! That is very well-argued and absolutely non-alignment indicative regardless of which way Dan flips. Drummy seems bold enough to do a megabus.

Kezzer what :fp:

STOP ARGUING FOR PMMING YOU BASTARDS THINK OF THE SPECTATORS

I've moved this thread to Feedback to lessen the chance of players accidentally clicking into it, as was suggested
