Yeah that annoyed me that you can’t change the weather only the time of day. Looking forward to the Miles game being set in the winter and swinging through snowy NYC

Speaking of which... the swinging in this was (eventually) SO GOOD. Took me ages to get intothe swing ofit but once I did    Hurtling downward and swinging back up felt amazing. Other web related movement was great too, but I never felt I had point launch (?) fully mastered. But yeah, eventually this surpassed the swinging in LEGO Marvel Superheroes. (By quite some distance.)

Yeah, I remember some of the movement and the flow of the combat not really clicking until quite late in my first play through. I then replayed it about a year later and enjoyed it much more all the way through, and was much more skilled at the combat which made it much more enjoyable. It's a shame it took so long, but I'm not sure how they would fix that as going slower would have ruined the stories pacing, which I thought was pretty great (excluding the open world side mission padding).

I loved how much more further a swing would get you later in the game  Unless I was imagining it and he was all that swift through the air. Flying over a couple of buildings at the end of a swing felt great :toot: As did fully swinging around narrower buildings and structures. Total Spider-Man feels.

There’s 2 flavours of swing that I didn’t learn until pretty late on - one that gives you height, the other speed. Maybe you flip-flopped without realising?

What were the pad inputs for them?

It was the same, but you released the web at different parts of the swing.

Oh that! Yeah, I got that pretty much straight away, as it seemed pretty clear that where you released on a swing impacted your trajectory.

 (Feet anywhere between pointing fully back and not fully up = a propel forward "swing".)

Downloaded the game again just in case posty fails to deliver TLoU2, again. I would rather mop up what remains of the activities I enjoy, than play Metro Exodus.

Was it the DLC?

I hope you enjoy it. I know you're into your Marvel comics, so will be interesting to hear your take on things.

Ehh this game's story and lack of interesting things to do is the worst thing about it.

I didn't even remember final cutscene spoilers May dying until it was mentioned on Resetera. I maintain though that nothing happens in the first two acts of this game. Act 3 was really good however.

Can’t disagree with you strongly enough there Mori, I thought the way Spider-Man’s story builds was one of the strongest I’ve seen in a game.

Nah just the initial update. I take it the DLC is meant to be done post-game?
