Damn, this looked good, hope we see more of it this week. Shame it's 2018, was hoping for this year.

Dunno if they'll show new footage but they stuck a schedule up at the end of the main conference video, Spider-Man was on it.

Meh, they never hurt Uncharted. Hopefully they'll be more spread out in the full game, though.

No issue with QTEs - when done right they add to the immersion of the game.

I did wonder about that too, but I suppose it depends on how prevalent they are in the game.

There were several sections there that were heavily scripted, will be interesting to see what happens when you play the game not knowing exactly what you are supposed to do. If that stuff is done right and limited to story missions then it should be ok.

Looks amazing. If the fighting and swinging mechanics flow as well as they do in this demo then this will be a must buy. Probably my game of E3 so far. Sunset Overdrive was fantastic (one of favourites of this gen). I have faith that this'll be great too. Funny how a game can, in eight minutes, prove to be more exciting than either of the last two Spider-Man movies!

I think there was enough there without them, that made the game look great. I suppose the trouble is that if you want a scene to be really cinematic, it is sometimes the only way within current control schemes.
I think it looks strawberry floating amazing, personally.

Looks like the Arkham games. That's a good thing.

I've only watched the opening 60 secs or so but I had the same thought and told my mates as such. Day one for me based on what I saw. Day strawberry floating one ☝
