No wonder there are so many damned Australians in London. I'd want to get as far away as possible from those bastards too.

You don't find the size of it worrying? You wouldn't mind if you saw one of these in your backyard? Or your bedroom?

I don't believe it for one second.

Me? I'd blast it to bits with a shotgun.

Yeah, I'd be scared. I don't live in Australia though, and there isn't one in my room now, so there isn't any point crying about it now.

I'm not scared of dogs, but if a rabid rotty came running towards me I'd be scared. I won't live in fear of the possibility, though.

Listen, Mr. Smartypants. If this topic doesn't interest you, I'm sure there are plenty of others for you.

It does interest me. Bird eating spiders are amazing, and the images are all kinds of awesome.

I'm just being manly. 8-)

I just realised I got you mixed up with Dark Dragon and when you posted your picture, in the attractiveness thread, I thought "that's not you!"

We both had a Charmander avatar on GamesRadar. And both names that start with 'D'.

I'm feeding a spider in my bathroom the bits of dead skin that fall of my ingrowing toe...

Well, it seems to be struggling with that bird. I doubt it'd even contemplate trying to eat a human.
