That little section of unpainted (unsplatted?) floor is annoying me way more than it should...

I think this map was the last one they released for the original game. It's good, it has two platforms that can be raised in the middle of it.

Surprisingly I didn't run into any connectivity issues; based on the first Splatoon I was expecting them to occur often.

Spent around 3 hours doing my part for team octopus.

It's been a lot better for me today, tbf. Team Octo

Anyone finished Octo Expansion yet?

I'm about half way through, and it's a much better single player mode than the standard campaign I think. It's a lot more inventive and varied in stage design and I prefer the deepsea underground setup. The only thing I would say is it can get pretty tough at times and can be quite stingy with checkpoints. I've nearly thrown my controller through the TV a few times

i finished it and all stages a wee while ago it was tough

62/80 complete now. Really enjoying it. Possibly one too many 8 ball stages, and the ranked mode with bots stages feel a little cheap but I can’t help but feel this is the single player campaign that should have been there for launch

Special Halloween Splatoon 2 event incoming! Finally seems Nintendo are doing seasonal events, this might finally get me to sign up to NSO

Surprised Nintendo never did season events for Splatoon long ago, considering the popularity with these sorts of events in Overwatch and Rocket League.

Still haven't got the game, but I'm patiently hoping they bundle the base game and the Octo expansion for a retail release.

Are they sending out the code set for the Nintendo online 12 month subscribers? I read something saying they were, but haven’t had mine yet.

I believe Nintendo are in the midst of emailing out the codes, Lazy, but I haven't received them yet either.
