Eidos Montreal was rumoured to be working on Guardians of the Galaxy so be cool to see if this is the case. The update for Avengers will likely be Black Panther, maybe an update on Spider-Man as well?

40 minutes long. Should be nice and tight but I imagine it'll be mostly on games that we already know about with maybe a splash of FF.

Would be nice to see FF16 gameplay, and a spin-off FF title. Or FF13 trilogy on PS4/PS5, although don't know if there's enough demand for that.

I think we are expecting the FF spin-off now that you mention it.
FF13 would make sense for them to bundle together with an UHD-coat of paint, but I've not heard any rumblings of that.
Like I said before I'm hoping for more FFXVI details, and perhaps something on the next part of FFVII Remake (But I'm not holding my breath for that).
Probably it's gonna be more their western studios than anything else I would think.
The dream would be Deus Ex getting a revival but that's never happening. I wish they'd just sell the IP to Arkane or something.
