Definitely looking forward to seeing some gameplay footage, though I'm not expecting that before E3 next year.

I know you own a Series X, it doesn't mean you have to troll every single Xbox thread to complain about each and every game or 'sony is better'.

Lets look at your contributions to Xbox games that were shown at E3.

Halo Infinite - " the campaign will get delayed into next year....."

Forza Horizon 5 - "get used to it with game pass titles as microsoft push micro transactions and dlc to make up for the massive losses on the service.

"No ray tracing either? Microsoft need to show their hardware advantage. Gt7 is coming out next year and will be 4k/60 with full ray tracing."

Redfall - "As usual their surprise end reveal was also rubbish. Sony do it the right way and announce ff7r, shenmue 3 etc"

Pyschonauts 2 - "I don’t want to sound like a fanboy, but next gen is ratchet and clank rift apart, but I expect the series x to be more capable because of rdna 2, tools being suddenly found etc. The textures from that video look last gen"

Also stating that several games won't make their release dates based on speculation and of course MS is making a massive loss on Gamepass again based on Speculation.

A thread ban would be nice....

Is this a bit like a much better looking No Man’s Sky? Or something else?

Or do we not know? Looks pretty but tbh I’ve no idea what to expect. SP or MP too?

Apparently, it's like Skyrim in space X a Han Solo simulator.

What, like you and others troll Sony threads?

I can't speak for others but if 'trolling' means saying a game looks great you're right.

Here's me 'trolling' Sony games:

-Horizon Forbidden West Looks Lush, just gorgeous, especially the lighting.

-The Demons Souls and Ratchet & Clank games look Stunning (plus HZD Forbidden west)

-Watching Maf on stream [Playing Demons Souls Remake], looks amazing.

Said more positive things about TLOU2, God of War, etc.

Looking very nice for in-game -

Lighting
• Look Development
• Art Direction (lighting + mood)
--
I created the lighting for the 2021 teaser trailer of Starfield. Using our own Creation Engine 2, we created this entirely in game without any cinematic tools. Working closely with director, Istvan Pely, I assisted in art direction for anything lighting and mood related.

Honestly, for a game that's a year and a half away...one would hope it was all in engine.

Bethesda aren't known for their graphical showpieces I suppose. Oblivion was mind-blowing at the time but since then all their games have looked ropey as, on release

Concept art does not constitute a brief look

At just over a year away now, this is starting to feel a bit more real. It's a massive exclusive for Xbox and a big part of the reason why Microsoft stumped up so much cash for Zenimax. Sony perhaps has a bit of an edge - at least in terms of console sales - in this early period of the new gen and this kind of game is exactly what MS will need to turn the heat up.

I was expecting a walk around not some guy talking with art on the screen.

I think I will go with my default stance on all Bethesda games, Over promised and under delivered.

I still expect it to be a buggy mess on release but hopefully they can at least get help from the other teams at Microsoft Studios to get to grips with the XSX hardware.
I wonder if they'll have some sort of space station builder like the town creation in Fallout as that could be pretty nice to just play about with.

Finally, we saw a number of overtures to the Japanese gaming community, with an announcement by Bethesda that Starfield will feature full Japanese localisation, incorporating over 300 actors and over 150,000 lines of dialogue.

(Fallout 4 had 111,000 lines, Skyrim 60,000)
