Strange Song Covers That Work Really Well

After accidently discovering this amazing bluegrass AAR cover album a few years ago:

Then recently rediscovering it, I was wondering what other genre jumping covers existed that were similarly brilliant

Here's one more off the top of my head:

In before Alvin.

I don't even like the original version.

Slaves have done a few brilliant covers of rather unexpected songs

This one is better than the original song in my opinion

I'm not sure if it counts a strange song cover but I think it's definitely better

Or for s something a bit more out there
