It's only on PS5 unfortunately. I just watched my girlfriend play through it, and to be fair the combat looks good. The game also looks like a PS3 game, and doesn't even run particularly well 
The frequency of voice lines is a little less extreme than the trailer would suggest. Armour is also cosmetic, so why they chose to show that cutscene with Jack in the default H&M shirt that everyone could then make fun of is a bit odd!
So maybe it will be alright, but you will never convince me it isn't a PS3 game transported out of time.

This game really looks like a side project for ps3 which they remembered about 10 years later
The laughable thing is that they also give you the option to choose performance/graphics....
