I have about half a spoon but clicked on the one spoon, have really cut down sugar in hot drinks as it used to be up to three spoons.

Nope, no need for sugar in tea, it would spoil the taste.

I have tea, no milk, no sugar, loose not bags and from a teapot not a mug.

I use sweeteners. Just the one in tea, but I have my coffee black and sugarless.

I don't drink tea but I will have the odd mocha or latte, but no added sugar as they're probably packed with it already.

Sugar in tea is wrong; sugar in coffee is acceptable in some circumstances, such as a strong espresso or a Turkish coffee, but unnecessary in a long coffee.

I used to have 1 sugar with tea then one day just decided to not put any sugar in. After a couple of days it became the new normal.

I used to have 2 white sugars, but cut it down to 1 brown sugar a few years ago, but since lockdown didn't bother to buy any and now am mostly not missing it. Mostly.

2 or 3 depending on the size of the mug.
I take a 1.2 litre thermos of tea to work and that requires about 9 sugars to make acceptable.

I very rarely drink coffee but will usually have a sugar in it.
