Yeah the Switch version does sound harder and more complex.

For me the Heardle Unlimited version runs great but the Suikagame.com one runs like a turd. Both glitch if I turn the phone to landscape and back.

Took me far to long to realise Suika means Melon, there's even a character in Dr. Stone called Suika who wears a melon on her head as a helmet.

My first attempt at the browser version netted 1224 points.

It's specifically Watermelon. Normal melon is, err, "meron"

I got another watermelon on this, think the score was about 2500 or so by the time it was game over. Is there an 'endgame' in this, e.g. get two watermelons to combine? Or is it just a high score contest?

At the risk of bringing about a no context apocalypse, I don't see how two watermelons would fit at the same time.

I still haven't got a watermelon and last time I played (on the Switch version) I got annoyed because two of the large pink fruits bounced up to end my game

My skill level on this game seems to have massively regressed. Haven't had a watermelon in ages and keep getting about 1400 now before going out. Bah.

I think you can combine two but it's very difficult. I can't see how else people are getting maxed out scores of 9999
