Such a shame wiimotes can't be paired with the switch as I'm sure most of us have plenty kicking around still.

Definitely not, its one of the weaker 3D entries in my opinion but still a cracking game nonetheless!

Also remember that a lot of sunshine bashing is revisionist - it was highly praised when it came out first time around and it wasn't until later games came out that people started saying it's no good.

Yeah whilst I think most contemporary reviews pointed out that it was a bit of a disappointment as a 64 follow up (what wouldn't be!) and certainly had weaknesses it was still well received.

I remember it being nit well received at the time, pretty sure back on GR people weren't big fans.

Apart from sunshine Mario Galaxy 1 & 2 and Odyssey are better. By far.

Amazon have dispatched mine.

Dispatched for me, as well, so hopefully I'll be playing it on Friday, and the email says Saturday just as a backup and a get-out clause in case it doesn't show up on the Friday.

Anyone order from SimplyGames? My orders showing as In Progress and they did initially take the money, then it disappeared from my pending transactions.

I’m actually looking forward to Sunshine the most as I didn’t complete it! Will finish that, building up to the big two...

Double checked and it was definitely down as first class on my order email. Dunno why they're always so weird about sending Nintendo games early.

I ordered with them too! My order's the same (just says "In Progress" on the account screen), but they've just tweeted they've got to pack lots of mario games today, so I'm assuming they'll be sending them out today for delivery (hopefully) tomorrow. But we'll see.

Mine is in the post but to the UK, so I probably won't get to play it until xmas at the earliest.

Surely everyone is going to play in order, 64 > Sunshine > Galaxy? That way the technical improvements should be obvious.

Been doing the same with Bioshock and even though 2 was less well received, the jump in playability is clear when doing them one after another.

I'm going straight to Galaxy, haven't played that since the Wii. I play M64 regularly via emulators and I'm not in a rush to play Sunshine before the other too.

The tracking for my order from ShopTo says that it will be delivered tomorrow.
