I now think it’s going to be something different, like it’s going to be a multi character reveal, not just one single character but one that has multiple forms (like Ninja’s from Mortal Kombat but you can access Sub-Zero, Scorpion, Smoke and Reptile)

It'll be a tie-in with the upcoming movie, so it'll be Chris Pratt. Costumes will let you play as him as Mario or his characters from Jurassic World, Guardians of the Galaxy and Parks and Recreation.

I legit don't know what to expect anymore lol. That second post was in Japanese only which could mean it's an obscure character to that audience. Seeing folks bringing up Master Cheif but I'm pretty sure he's still quite well known there still.

Also dawning on me that Sora could end up as a Mii Fighter and I just don't know what I would even do at that point.

It's definitely not going to be Waluigi. We have to accept this.

I'm just going to be happy when all of this is over. The season pass has well and truly seen 'Nintendo and Friends With Emphasis On Nintendo' change to 'Random Videogame Hullabaloo' and everybody but me seems to be here for that.

Pretty understandable why people are more excited about big third party characters than bottom tier Nintendo chatacters, no?


And it's still Nintendo and Friends, it's like 15 non Nintendo characters out of 76 or something.
