That's a three month old otter cub climbing on its mum. It got scared and ran home.

Couple of shots from a walk this morning that, while not at all special, I've already grown fond of.

That black and white one is stunning, and I'm not just saying that because it's black and white.

Thanks. :)

Looking back, I think I prefer this slightly different version I took on a longer lens.

I really am going to start that new all purpose photography thread some day.

In the meantime, please enjoy this burnt out car from just before the beginning of lockdown.

Went for a walk in a bleak, dystopian landscape known as the British countryside in 2020.

You do indeed live in a very bleak area.

It’s nice, (outside of a pandemic) load of galleries and that, good pubs, beach launched fishing fleet, epic fireworks on bonfire night, come in old town week and there is much oddness from Morris’s dancers to the pram race (not actual pram, people build a sort of mini float, get dressed up and go round a route of pubs, basically it’s an organised mass pub crawl), Fat Tuesday (Pancake Tuesday) is great as nearly all the old town pubs do mini sets for bands (20 minutes sets then they move to another pub and another band comes in).

Also awesome fish and chips.
