I'm excited! :toot: I'll play for about an hour when it unlocks at midnight and then dive right back in after work tomorrow.

A word of warning for those who haven't yet picked up the Alisha's Story DLC. It's only free until the 19th of November (5 more days!). You can pick up a code from Bandai Namco's VIP section of their website, you need to make an account though. Even if you don't have Zestiria yet, but plan on getting it, it's worth picking up, I've heard it's around 5 hours of content. Not sure how it works for people who picked it up on PC, but for PSN they send you a PSN code and you input it into the store to redeem. No idea how much it's going to be after the promotion ends.

What's the cheapest place for this on Steam?
Cheapest I've found so far is Greenmangaming with their 15% off code which gets it for £34.

Managed to find a 20% code for Greenmangaming so got a Steam code for £32, not too bad really. Only cheaper places I could find were grey market sites.

Bit disappointed that there's not a catchy J-pop theme in the intro video though, just an instrumental now :(

This is now playable at a glorious 60 FPS :toot:

I'm glad that I was too busy to play this at launch and then got sidetracked by Disney Infinity as now I can play the whole game with this mod. I'll probably leave it until after Xenoblade but that means that any currently undetected issues are ironed out. I'm excited! :toot:

Finally got around to starting this! It opens really well, that first boss in particular, the 'devouring' really reminded me of SMT: Digital Devil Saga, which is not something you expect to hear about a Tales game. There's a darkness that we haven't really seen since Vesperia, and I'm really happy to see it return. I'm still very early into it, and it all has time to go downhill, but I'm quite looking forward to playing through to see how it develops. The battle system seems a step forward from Xillia, but not quite back to Graces levels of awesome. It's still a little early to tell though. It looks very nice on PS4, environments seem quite big too.

Just encountered my first Normin, absolutely adorable. Well my second including the one hanging upside down from Edna's umbrella by it's leg. The skits get much funnier when Edna joins the party. I was really underwhelmed with the skits early on, but they're effortless now. I'm genuinely loving it so far, and it feels a real return to form for the series.

After picking this up, my Zestiria adventure is underway!

"Thank you. You're rather capable yourself!"
..."That's that!"

Some of the speech is so funny. It's great :toot: .

The music seems pretty neat so far, too.
