That Direct was mental. Loved it.

I don't think this will be very good.

I much prefer the American logo to the EU one. I know very little about it and to be fair the Directs there don't show you a lot of the gameplay, but I gather it's like a more realistic Animal Crossing and an excellent use of the Miis. This could well be Nintendo's next big thing and it has already done super well in Japan.

What is with Nintendo, we seem to be having huge news from them recently and now back to back Directs. E3 is going to be huge.

These games are absolutely bonkers, even in Japanese. :lol:

The American version will launch with Christina Aguilera as an in-game celebrity. This USA vid confirms that the game is perhaps even weirder than it already sounded. Brilliant news!

They're still for the socially inept. We're just discovering that more people are socially inept, in more ways than we ever realised before.

I'm going to pit the heads of Nintendo against the heads of Sony, and watch the carnage unfold.

My wife and my daughter are going to adore this.

The impression I get from this is Animal Crossing done as a god game? It also looks properly old-style Japanese crazy, which I find quite endearing. It's been a long time since the halcyon days where this sort of thing was the norm, it's nice to see it again.

I keep wanting to call this Tamagotchi Life.
