Yay. I'm glad my post brought someone a binge watch. I was a bit cautious as I didn't want all the 'it's gooseberry fool' posts, but i think it's fairly decent!
What did you think of the celebs?
Angela I thought was delightful, very strange, very odd sense of humour, but the kind that is different and works. Can't tell if it's all an act, or if she's actually like that.
Brynley - that's a boy's name in wales. Was quite pleasant. At first I thought she'd grate on me and be the american cheerleader type, but she just came accross as a fun and positive person. Would happily see more of her if she fancied coming to the UK.
Guy - Stupid mustache. Stupid face, only got on it as his brother was 'Alex'. Stop standing up you knob. Although you could tell, in some ways he was kind of a good bloke. Just very much in love with himself.
Leigh - I liked him. A ruff and gruff guy who attempted the tasks a bit differently. Not the funniest, but his approach to things and his chat kept him interesting enough.
Madelieine - COuldn''t make my mind up on her. Sometimes I really liked her, other times she was annoying. In some ways i feel she may have been more in love with herself than guy, but Guy wasn't trying to hide it. Reminded me of a bit of a Kerry Godlimon type character, who again I could never make my mind up on. Rickey Gervais misses her though.
Edit : And the hosts.
I really can't remember the name of the Alex replacement. But i really liked him. Some of the things he did were a bit too 'trying to be alex' but in the moments where his individuallity came out, he was a very likeable chap and his friendship with Angela was sweet. He also hates his arrogant brother that is Guy, or at least the way his brother acts on telly!
Jeremy - no Greg Im afraid. But he's likeable enough. His points dishing out is bizarre though and where Greg explains points he dishes out; (you don't argue with him even if you don't agree.) Jeremy isn't mean or scary enough for that. You just wanna reassign the points correctly!
