TCRT 10: The TCRT Strikes Back (retroactively titled TCRT10: Episode V – The TCRT Strikes Back)

Slowly working my through Sandman on Netflix and have just started episode 4. I've read Preludes and Nocturnes so I know where this is going and I've got to say that David Thewlis has been absolutely extraordinary up till now and the thoughts of where the diner scene is going to go later given the twists they've made to his character is frightening. Maybe it doesn't work out but at this point, I'd say Thewlis could be one of the greatest antagonists in a long time.

Has anyone ever used one of those diesel emission claim websites? I see them advertised on TV a lot lately, and I did have an Audi diesel purchased new in 2016 and then sold in 2020, so not sure if I might be eligible for something.
I know these sites keep a sizeable cut, but I'd have no idea how to go about things myself to even check if I had a claim, let alone make it, so even I'd they kept a cut I'd still have something out of it rather than the nothing from not doing anything.

My gut instinct says you should be able to do it by yourself.

I've currently got all my windows open slightly so there's a slight breeze. I can hear an owl. Problem is, I have no idea if it's an actual owl out there, or if a drug dealer is using it as his call again. Or its one of his clients.

When I first moved in we'd hear this "owl" on occasion. Then one night I was walking home and a guy walked past me . He had cupped his hands round his mouth, eyes like saucers, making owl calls. I didn't hear the "owl" after that till now!

More creatures in my flat.

The parakeets have eaten away another hole in the wooden soffit/fascia... and squirrels are getting into my loft. It has been going on for a few days and - right now - I can hear 'em running about. Could be a long night.

Gotta wait for a roofing repair company to visit, inspect the damage and work out how to repair it.
