In an interminably boring return to work INSET day over Zoom and we've just been given this set of 'unprofessional behaviours' and asked how we'd deal with them.
"Two teachers are talking about a student in the corridor.
One mentions that she wishes student X would stay home the next day.
She says that the student is extremely disruptive and class behaviour is much better without him."
