Not sure where is the most appropriate place to post this but just found out my wife might have another melanoma-filled mole. The doctors aren't certain but they were relieved when she agreed to let them arrange an appointment to cut it out for testing.

Doesn't feel great but I have to be optimistic for her sake.

We watched the first Andrew Garfield Spider-Man over the weekend and my view hasn't really changed - the film overall is average at best but Garfield is surprisingly good to watch.

Yeah, the first one's alright. Will you be putting yourself through the second one though? That is the question.

To be fair, none of the problems with Amazing Spider-Man are because of Garfield and I don't think I've ever seen him blamed for the mess the second one became.

This is a good question - I've heard it's even worse so my enthusiasm isn't great!

The kids weren't massively into the first one so I doubt they'll be putting pressure on me to watch the sequel so there's a good chance it will never get watched at this point!
