A guy in my year died probably close to 10 years ago now. He was driving home from a nightclub many times over the limit (both alcohol and speed) and ended up spanking his car into a post. He and his passenger (a female) died at the scene.

Of course the outpouring of grief on social media was just tremendous, despite the fact that he was: a banana split, a bully at school that used to routinely intimidate people who weren't "cool", a thief who stole my CD player and at best strawberry floating irresponsible when it came to driving safety. I didn't laugh, smile or jump for joy when I found out, but I certainly didn't dwell on it for longer than a few seconds. Sometimes karma does catch up with the bellends.

Guy from my year got stabbed to death a couple of months back, he was a dick too; violent and heavy into drug dealing.

Another guy who I went to school with who used to bring in a knife and was the biggest banana split in the place got done for rape but is out now, while I heard that someone else I vaguely knew had to leap out a first floor window while being assaulted to avoid getting stabbed (again drugs related). Think that's the main accounts of the strawberry floated up dickheads.

It would seem my year group were very dull. Most we had was a guy lived on the street for a bit....

Lots of people I grew up with have died young.

One mate died aged 15 from inhaling gas. One killed at 16 in a car crash. One of my best mates died at 21 in a motorcycle accident, another died in his early 30s in a motorcycle crash. A girl I was at school/college with died of meningitis and another girl of bowel cancer. The first girl I ever kissed died of breast cancer in her early 20s.

A lad I grew up with got himself in a huge amount of trouble during his life. He wasn't a horrible person but got into drugs and basically ended up losing his mind. One of the last times I saw him I was giving him a lift somewhere and he kept punching himself in the head and was saying he had blisters all over his teeth. I didn't see him for years after that, he was in and out of jail and mental institutions. He ended up getting murdered when he fell out with another patient who stabbed him with a samurai sword.

All that makes me wonder if I am a bit of a jinx.

One of our guys owned a Porsche at 19, another made his first million at 21, and some guy I briefly dated when I was about 14 recently got a helipad installed on his farm so he can land his own private chopper.

Don't think anyone's died yet.

I know one guy got shot, other than that I don't know as I don't pay attention to anyone from there and only talk to one person from school.

I don't really keep up with the jerks from my school, makes me want to look up some on facestalk though.

I believe one became a banker and works in the Bahamas making crazy amounts of money doing shady things though.
