I'm thinking about just trying to spray the nest entrance point myself. I could quickly spray and shut the window. I might test the spray out first to see how it works.

Nah. This is what'll happen..

He'll start to spray the nest, out swarm the wasps, they'll quickly sting him repeatedly, he'll go into anaphylactic shock, fall out of the window and die. Or if he's lucky land on his noisy neighbour killing them both.

Or, he will start spraying, they swarm stinging him, he will pass out from pain like a wimp, when we wakes he will buzz when he speaks and over the next few weeks learn he can transform and fly and sting. He takes revenge on his neighbour before turning to good and taking out noisy neighbours nationwide being known as jawazzz

If it's a burger made from freshly ground beef then it's perfectly ok for it to be served a bit rare.
