Quick to GRcade moment. My agent got an offer this afternoon on my new novel. Bit of work still to be done, but coming through a big UK publisher in 2019. Feeling a bit numb.

There's been times where my family could have done with one, especially my dad who once embarrassed my mum by jokingly shouting that he'd "done a huge log" and needed "a sharp stick to chop it up" - the embarrassing part was that this was in a caravan and my mum was at the door talking to the caravan site manager at that exact moment in time :fp:
