Walking down the high street and a tenner and a fiver just blew into my feet.
Picked them up and had a look around while holding them and absolutely nobody chasing after them or approaching me while I stand there for a minute with the notes in my hands.

I think that makes them mine fairly enough.

Ok but if the true owner finds you they're allowed to stab you

I once found a fiver at a bus stop when I was a kid, my dad made me share it with my brother to avoid the inevitable argument but my brother who was around 6 at the time couldn't be convinced that £2.50 was half of £5 and kept going on about how he'd been "cheated" despite the fact we'd both been given the same amount in exchange for the note.

You know what - I've really enjoyed being back at work the last few weeks. I'm back looking after female patients now. They have very complex needs and need a tacful and delicate approach (not ones normally ascribed to me ) but it's been great. Been here 19 years this year so it's nice to still enjoy it as much as I do.

Alternatively I've ditched my female patients for a&e and it's also brilliant.
