Suggestion wise, hmm. You’re kinda time limited in Glasgow if you’ve only got an afternoon, so it really depends what you’re into.

There’s shopping in the centre, or you could go and visit one of our fabulous parks, like Kelvingrove Park, Queen’s Park or Celtic Park.

The West End is a really nice part of the town to just wander around in, or you could visit Kelvingrove Gallery, the transport museum or the Rennie Mackintosh tea rooms.

The city centre also has a boatload of pubs, restaurants, places to eat and drink basically.

Stay away from Govan.

No that was Barbour the Ram.

I doubt this is the same person, he said he works for the CIA for a start and they don't employ elephants or rams AFAIK.

I tend to get my hair, beard, eyebrows trimmed at the local Barbour, and they flame your ears. Nice guys.

For the Glasgow meet - if yous are hanging round through the evening I’m up for it, May 8th’s one of the few days I’m in Scotland this year. Got an early flight the next morning but if we go somewhere with decent food I’m up for jumping a train through from Edinburgh.
