Yes, even you.
banana splits.
I’m 8 weeks or so out. It does get easier. Just learn to forgive yourself if you tap one now and then.
9.5 weeks later and I'm still "clean".
Not gonna lie but I do miss them at times.
How you getting on Bunni?
Well done, hardest drug in the world to pack in (probably).
I packed in about 10 years ago, got hypnotised for it, best £250 I ever spent.
Btw, the cravings lessen obviously but you still get mild cravings even years later.
Thanks man.
The cravings haven't been too bad actually. Mostly it's a feeling that I "should" be having a cigarette, or a passing thought that seems to romanticise things like the first draw, or exhale after a long wait for one. But they're quickly caught and stamped on. Not had a "need" for one since that angry, angry day 9 weeks ago. (I genuinely thought I was going to murder someone that day
)
I really missed them on Christmas and Boxing day though. Cigarettes were a great excuse to take a break from everyone and just grab a couple of minutes of peace for myself, especially when my family start to wind me up or get annoying.
Had to suffer through it this year and I'm not sure I managed to successfully hide it completely.
