School uniforms in Wales are to become more affordable, accessible and gender-neutral, the Welsh Government has announced.

...with the email headline "What a strange world we live in" :dread:

How am I supposed to respond to that? :|

You forward it to your HR department

What he said.

A school's uniform policy would also be expected to be gender-neutral.

This means, when a list of clothing items would be published by the school, the items would not be assigned to a specific gender.

For example, trousers would not be described as a "boys' item".

The horror!

It’s a good idea, the list of gooseberry fool that’s on the list to buy at the schools round us costs a bloody fortune.

To be fair Errkal you probably don't need to be buying the uniform from every single one

I'm legit curious about this as I'm not sure how my farts could get any worse

Then there's no downsides for you.

Frequency, density, coverage, volume...toxicity. I mean we are talking dead rancid roadkilled out in the sun for days smells...

I never wanted to do Huel until I read this

Mate of mine has been doing Huel for over a year now. Not sure what his farts are like, will ask.

There’s some people on our 24 hour shift team at work who are heavy into Huel. I dunno feels like it takes the fun out of food, does it even taste good? What’s the texture?

I get it’s hard to cook when you finish a 12 hour shift at 8am sometimes but man.

It's like some dystopian idea of food.

Whilst I appreciate the development of things like Huel I could never go in for that myself. Food is legitimately one of my favourite things and something that reduces it to simply a transfer of nutrients would be a real loss!

The idea isn't to replace all food.

I am contemplating it for breakfast and maybe lunch neither of those u do anything particulatly special so I'm not missing out on anything if I swapped.

I would never swap anything but I know my breakfast and lunches aren't epic so if I can make them nutritionally better and mean I snack less then hey why not

I use Huel for breakfast and lunch when I'm at work, takes out the stress and faff of buying or preparing lunch. Works out cheaper for me too as I pay about £40 a month so it works out around £2-3 a day for 2 meals. If you're like trying to lose weight like I am, it's also handy as it's easy to work out accurate calories, macros etc.

It can be pretty dull on its own though, so I add coffee to the morning one and frozen fruit to the lunch one.

Nah, like I say - I love food, lunch and breakfast are still great opportunities to eat something really nice. Not sure I could spring out of bed quite so well at the prospect of a glug of Huel compared to the vast array of alternatives!

Like I say I think it's part of a brilliant development in the way we achieve our nutrition, and absolutely get why many people are on board with it, but it's not for me!

does it have enough fibre to keep your poops good? I’d make the switch if it doesn’t give you gooseberry fools

What is huel and why are you all eating it? If it's a solid state slim fast, why not just moderate your food intake and eat a bit better?

It can get a bit hairy for the first few days, but after that they slide out like butter and you'll never look back.

It's more just a rounded set of nutrients without any shite, in a form that's easy to make, transport and eat. I'm far less hungry at work now, which is one of the main benefits to me.
